The Philippine customer chose a tray-type fish drying machine. When drying, put the tray containing the fish on the trolley, and then puts the trolley into the machine. The circulating hot air in the machine will touch all aspects of the fish, so it can achieve the drying effect. The machine has a variety of different models, the more the number of trays, the more fish it holds, and the greater the drying output.

In addition, fish cannot be dried at high temperatures. If the drying temperature is too high, it will affect the taste of dried fish due to protein denaturation. And fish drying generally divides into two stages, the temperature of the first stage is 35°C, and the time is about 3 hours. The temperature in the second stage is 4°C and the time is about 8 hours. During drying, it should pay attention to dehumidification and control the speed of drying.
