The chicken feet processing line is a fully automatic system designed for large-scale frozen chicken feet. Chicken Feet Processing Line Introduction
This industrial chicken feet processing line is designed for large-scale frozen chicken feet production. It consists of eight core machines: lifting machine, thawing Machine, blanching machine, chicken feet peeling machine, bubble washing machine, sorting machine, double-row chicken feet cutting machine, and weight grading machine.

The line can be flexibly configured for capacities of 1–2 tons per hour, achieving fully automated processing from raw material feeding to grading and weighing. The functions and features of each machine are as follows:
Lifting Machine
Serves as the material transfer hub of the line, positioned at feeding points and between processes. Enables automated continuous transport, replacing manual handling.


Thawing Machine
A low-temperature thawing unit designed for large batches. Uses steam heating and variable-speed conveyors. Steam temperature is usually around 45°C and can be adjusted based on frozen material. Ensures uniform, efficient thawing without damaging meat quality.
Blanching Machine
A key pre-processing unit before peeling. Precisely controlled blanching separates skin from meat, preparing for peeling. Temperature is adjustable, heating is efficient and stable, usually set at 60–80°C for 3–5 minutes. Ensures consistent blanching and seamless connection with other processes


Chicken Feet Peeling Machine
Core processing equipment that replaces manual peeling, removing yellow skin automatically after blanching without leaving meat residue. Can be configured as single or dual units depending on capacity. Designed for stable operation, high yield, and easy cleaning.
Bubble Washing Machine
A deep-cleaning machine using bubble rolling and water flow to remove skin flakes, impurities, and blood. Smooth material transport prevents damage. Features a water recycling system for energy and water savings. Ensures hygienic, thorough cleaning.

The final core grading unit replaces manual weighing. Automatically weighs and sorts chicken feet into four levels after cutting. The number of units can be configured based on capacity. High weighing accuracy and fast sorting speed. Customizable grading weights provide a scientific basis for pricing and packaging.
Raw Material Application
The main raw material for this line is large-scale frozen chicken feet. It can handle different sizes and storage batches without pre-treatment. Raw materials can be fed directly into the automated process.
