The fully automatic rib cutting machine is designed to efficiently cut large meaty ribs, frozen meat, smoked meat, fish, and sausages into strips or uniform slices. It is ideal for central kitchens, meat processing plants, and chilled meat cutting workshops.

The machine features an intelligent touchscreen control system, adjustable cutting thickness, and continuous high-efficiency operation, reaching up to 210 slices per minute.
